Alyndor Creation Myth
The Canon of Alyndor

In the beginning, before the world had a name…

From the First Light to the rise of Scourne, the world of Alyndor is shaped by divine forces, cosmic fractures, and the mortal civilizations caught between them.

The First Light

According to the Alyndor Canon of Lore, creation began in radiant stillness, when the First Light emerged from the void and shaped the earliest foundations of reality.

The First Light brought order, form, and harmony. From it came the first divine beings, luminous architects who shaped the world’s earliest oceans, mountains, and skies.

But creation was not perfect — and from its imperfections, the first shadows stirred.

The First Fracture

A cosmic wound that split the harmony of creation and birthed the first true darkness.

The First Fracture tore through the fabric of the newborn world, creating a rift between light and shadow. This event marks the beginning of conflict in Alyndor’s history — the moment when sorrow first took shape.

From this wound emerged a being who would change the fate of all creation: Scourne.

The Rise of Scourne

“When sorrow becomes shadow” — the birth of the world’s greatest threat.

Scourne was not born evil — he was born from grief, a manifestation of the First Fracture’s pain. But as the ages passed, sorrow hardened into ambition, and ambition into dominion.

Scourne sought to unmake the world and reshape it in his own image, drawing power from the shadows between realms.
